If you feel pressured to always post your private life on social media, you're not along, but there is something special about keeping some moments just for yourself and the people you’re with *before* you share it with the entire world. That's something actress and director Bryce Dallas Howard knows a lot about. After years of living in the public eye, she has learned some hard-earned lessons on how to keep her boundaries. The first lesson? Only post with purpose. "I try to wait 48 hours before posting and sharing," she says. "That way I can be present in private with the people I love before calculating how I'm going to publicly position it."
